Refund policy

We hope that you LOVE your purchase from The Opal Boutique as must as we do! However, we understand that you may need to return your purchase. We will gladly accept your return for store credit ONLY. NO exchanges. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unwashed, unworn, no stains, no animal hair, no smells, and original tags still attached.

We do NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for ALL jewelry and accessory's

IF DAMAGED: The damaged item must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at theopalboutique24@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
